So today's blog post is a lipstick review.. Lipsticks are one thing that most girls hoard like nobody's business! And I am certainly among them ... I always love to shop for lipsticks more than anything else in the makeup... So when Faces came out with their Pro Creme Lip crayons, I had to obviously get my hands on them.
I bought 2 shades from the range : Berry Punch & Fantasy. And today I am reviewing my favorite of the 2.. Fantasy!
So let's see how it is!
About Faces Ultime Pro Creme Lip Crayons :

Packaging :
The lip crayon comes in a fat retractable pencil form with a plastic cap. This makes it easy for one to identify the shade to wear for the day in case you happen to own more than one. Also the bottom mentions the shade name. mfg date & exp date as well.
Color & Texture & Pigmentation:
The color 'Fantasy' is a really pretty peachy shade which may contain pink tints to it because in most of the still photos, it comes off as a pink more than a peach. If there is no sunlight, then this will show more as a pink than a peach & in harsh sunlight, it is peach!This color will suit most of Indian skin tones from fair to medium & even darker women. The texture is a glossy really more than a creme. The pigmentation is insane!!
When you apply this lip crayon, your lips will look fuller & luscious. This is something I really like in my lipsticks, but if you absolutely do not like gloss of any kind on your lips, this one may intimidate you.
The lip crayon does have a cocoa-vanilla smell that is quite strong when smelt in the tube but does not translate onto lips.
Staying Power :
This lip crayon actually took me by surprise because it lasts for atleast 6 hours including meals. Usually highly pigmented lipsticks fail to survive meals & have to be re-applied after eating. But these lip crayons do survive meals & start to fade away only for minimum of 6 hours wear time. This is sufficient for me.!
As the day progresses, the top glossy layer fades away but the moisture of the lip crayon stays in tact. This is the best part of this lip crayon!!
