To start of, there are a lot of interesting makeup items this brands has & I decided to try this brand by trying out one of the Velvet Contour sticks. So today I am sharing my review of the L.A Girl Velvet Contour Blush in 'Dreamy'.
So let's talk about it.
Packaging :
The blush stick is packaged in a cute, chubby stick form which is retractable. The colour of the stick is same as the colour of the blush which is cool. The stick has golden detailing & writing on it. The cap is plastic. The shape of the stick is in the form of a dome. This shape makes it very easy to use either with fingers or directly on the face.
The cap is transparent so you can see the blush through the cap also.

About the Blush :
The blush is a mixture of velvet & mousse consistency. The texture is quite soft & easy to blend. It contains Grape seed oil, Shea Butter, Jojoba seed oil.
Pigmentation & Application :
The blush is quite decently pigmented which is really good because some stick blushes do have a tendency to be dry & do not apply good. But not with this one! You can apply this blush directly with the stick onto your cheeks or use your fingers to gather some blush on them & then blend on your cheeks. This is the way I like to use this blush.
Colour :
Dreamy is a perfect mid-tone pink colour which will suit a variety of skin tones. You can wear this blush with smokey eyes or for a natural makeup look also.
Staying Power :
This blush holds well for about 4 hours on my combination skin which becomes dry in the winters. It also adds a dewy finish to the skin which is ideal for the winter season.
This is how it looks on me. You can see how subtle & soft blushed look this blush gives which I love!
